Part Time Marketing Director / Member and Audience Development
Specialist
Undermain Theatre in Dallas, Texas has an opening for a Part Time
Marketing Director / Member and Audience Development Specialist.
Undermain Theatre is in its 26th year of operation focuses on new
and experimental work in Dallas, New York and Europe and has been
called one of the best small theaters in America. This position
will manage all marketing services for the theatre, including, but
not limited to, coordinating information and updates through Undermain’s
web designer and graphic designer. Assembling orders for postcard
and posters as well as postcard mailings. Aid in the distribution
of production information to the general public. The marketing director
will also be required to help maintain and set database policy.
Create and maintain all programs and marketing e-mails. Help come
up with creative ideas, from concept to completion.
As the Member and Audience Development Specialist, duties will include;
keeping track of all memberships, developing new methods to track
membership patrons, managing box office tasks, increasing new ways
to gather and monitor patron data, manage group sales and volunteers.
Minimum Requirements: Candidates should have experience
in marketing and public development fields. Applicant must have
excellent written and verbal communication skills; exceptional internet
skills and interest in the research of new marketing and data tracking
techniques. Computer literacy, superb customer service, and high
standards for detail, accuracy and organization are required.
Computer Skills: Word Processing, Basic Navigating Knowledge
of Mac and Windows Operating Systems, data entry, and internet research
is a must. Knowledge of Filemaker Pro and Constant Contact preferred.
