EMERGING ARTISTS
Undermain Theatre’s Emerging Artist program offers an intensive and rewarding experience for college students, graduates, and young professionals who are seriously pursuing careers in professional theatre. Season-long and summer positions are available in Directing, Arts Administration, Literary, and Technical Direction. These positions are for young artists looking for a serious involvement in a professional theatre.

EXXONMOBIL SUMMER INTERNSHIP
Job Description
The ExxonMobil Internship Program is for current students enrolled in an undergraduate program who will be returning to college as a full time student (minimum of 12 credit hours) for the Fall 2013 semester. Please be prepared to provide verification of enrollment.
The Marketing/Communication Coordinator will be responsible for implementing a plan of regular communications for the many constituent groups with a special interest in Undermain Theatre, including donors (individuals, foundations, organizations and corporations), season ticket holders, single ticket holders, theatre teachers at high schools and colleges, the media, prospective donors, and the arts community. The communication plan includes speaking at public events, writing articles for newsletters, coordinating events, making presentations at constituent meetings, electronic communication, updating the website and responding to website inquiries, and constituent mailings. This person will also work with staff and volunteer solicitors to ensure proper donor recognition, including listings, press releases, and commemorative gifts. Additionally, this person will work with the Marketing Committee and Imaginuity, the branding firm that created the marketing/communication plan.
This position is a full-time paid internship for summer 2013. Each intern is expected to work a 35-hour workweek for an eight-week period beginning May 20, 2013 and ending July 12, 2013.
