Blair Crane Development Director

Blair joined the Undermain in March of 2019. She holds a BFA in Theater Production from Southwestern University and found her love of theater there. She began her career as an Equity Stage Manager in and around theaters in Philadelphia, including Bristol Riverside Theatre and Media Theatre. She spent her summers as PSM of the Pennsylvania Shakespeare Festival in the cornfields surrounding Desales University. Retiring from stage management in 2009, she began her work in arts administration and development. She worked for McCarter Theatre in Princeton, NJ before moving back to Texas. In Dallas, Blair has worked in the development departments of Dallas Theater Center and the Dallas Museum of Art.

Anthony L. Ramirez Managing Producer

For nearly forty years Anthony has been a professional actor in the Dallas-Ft. Worth area. During that time he has performed with over twenty five regional theater companies and organizations where his comedic and dramatic performances have delighted audiences and garnered critical acclaim. Anthony's work onstage and with The Undermain Theatre goes back to A Por Quinley Christmas (near the end of the last century), and continues to this day. His work extends behind the scenes including a stint as the associate producer for the Whither Goest Thou America play festival in 2022. Anthony is a proud member of The Undermain Theatre Company and also serves on the theater's board of directors.

Paul Semrad Marketing and Operations Manager

Christina Steffey Development Manager

Christina, Development and Front of House Manager, joined the theater’s house staff in 2013. She has over twenty-five years of service as a public school educator in both Texas and Kansas, most recently with Dallas ISD’s elementary arts magnet, Sidney Lanier Elementary Vanguard for the Expressive Arts. Her theater experience, buried deep underneath her educator years, includes house management and stage management experience for theaters in the Kansas City area. Christina loves it when her arts and educator worlds collide, such as her opportunity to design and implement the first Arts in Education program at Kansas City’s KC Rep.

Christina holds a master’s degree in Educational Administration as well as an (almost) master’s in Theater History. She is a graduate of the University of Kansas with a B.S.E. in Secondary Education and remains today a proud Jayhawk.
