Can I get a refund once I purchase a ticket?

All ticket sales are final and there will be no refund once you have purchased your tickets.

What is typical attire for audiences at Undermain?

Most visitors to Undermain dress in casual or business casual clothing.

Masks are optional.

Can I reserve my seats?

All seats are assigned by the Front of House Manager prior to the performance. Tickets purchased together as a group will be assigned together. If you would like to sit with someone who is not in your group, please let us know by emailing our Front of House Manager at boxoffice@undermain.org.

Preference is given to season subscribers, donors, and those who purchase single tickets early when assigning seats. If you have special seating requests, especially accessible seating in the theatre, please email our Front of House Manager in advance of your performance.
 

How does will call work at Undermain?

Undermain does not mail physical tickets. Tickets are only available at will call. When you arrive, simply give us your name at the box office.

Can I pay for my tickets when I get there?

The box office opens 30 minutes prior to the performance. You may purchase tickets at the door if we are not sold out. We do not reserve any seats in advance without purchase.

Do you accept credit cards at the wine bar and concessions area?

We accept both credit cards and cash at the concessions area.

Your show is sold out. Can I still come?

Undermain has a phone call waiting list for sold out shows. If you would like to get on the phone call waiting list, please call the box office and if there is a cancellation or opening, we will call you back prior to 5pm on the day of the show or 12pm on the day of matinee performances. Book your seats early to ensure you can attend the performance of your choice.

Can I take my drink into the show with me?

Yes!


Do you have a covid safety policy?

Our Covid Safety Policy can be found by clicking the button below. Please note that our policy is subject to change due to as CDC, Health Department and Union recommendations are updated.

 

Does Undermain have parking nearby?

PLEASE NOTE WE HAVE HAD A CHANGE TO OUR PARKING SITUATION. WE NO LONGER HAVE A DESIGNATED FREE PARKING LOT.  

PARKING IS AVAILABLE IN THE FOLLOWING AREAS:

•   PLEASE NOTE the free street parking on Trunk Street between Elm and Main is now PAID PARKING.

•   Free street parking around our building and for two blocks down Main, Commerce and Elm streets.

•   Additional metered parking on Main and Commerce.

•   Large paid lot on the corner of Main and Hall. 

•   Large gated paid lot 2 blocks east at Commerce and Trunk streets.

•   Parking for handicapped is available on Trunk Street. Please let us know in advance at boxoffice@undermain.org and our House Staff can assist with accessible entrance and seating in the theater space.

Please give yourself plenty of time to find parking, especially on the weekends. 
 

What discounts do you offer for students, seniors or KERA members?

Students receive a $5 discount for all shows. They also receive a $10 ticket for Sunday matinees. Seniors and KERA members receive a $5 discount, however this does not apply to previews.

Season subscribers will continue to receive a $5 discount on any additional single ticket purchased.

Is Undermain wheelchair accessible?

Undermain is accessible via ramp and elevator. If you require accessible seating, please email the Front of House Manager at bosoffice@undermain.org in advance of your performance so we can assist with seating. We do offer handicap parking close to our ramp entrance. If you need the assistance with parking or building access, please email our Front of House Manager at boxoffice@undermain.org so that we may open the gates for you.
