COVID-19 POLICIES AND SAFETY PRECAUTIONS

At undermain theatre, our top priority is the safety of our audience members, cast, crew and staff so we have worked diligently to keep our environment safe and healthy in order to comply with the recommendations of the CDC.

SAFETY PRECAUTIONS WE HAVE TAKEN  

We have made investments to enhance the safety and sanitization of our basement space. Our HVAC system has been upgraded for improved airflow and circulation. We have also installed multiple UV light and MERV rated filters to sanitize and purify the air as it circulates through the system.

We will continue to follow enhanced cleaning and sanitizing procedures for all spaces.

Touchless hand sanitizers have been installed throughout the theater.

All seats are assigned by the Front of House Manager prior to the performance.  Tickets purchased together as a group will be assigned together.  If you would like to sit with someone who is not in your group, please let us know by emailing our Front of House Manager at boxoffice@undermain.org.


GUEST POLICIES

*In accordance to the CDC and Federal guidelines, face masks are optional for all audience members and Undermain crew and staff.

If you are feeling ill or are experiencing COVID-19 symptoms, we ask that you stay home. Please contact the box office to refund or reschedule your ticket. 

*Our COVID-19 protocols are subject to change as we continue to align with the safety recommendations set by Dallas County health officials and the CDC.  Purchase of tickets to an in-person performance serves as a promise that all members of your party will adhere to these policies.
