All single ticket and subscription sales are final sales. Single tickets are non-refundable. Single tickets are not subject to exchange.
In the event Undermain Theatre cancels a performance, patrons may either have the full ticket price refunded or have their tickets re-scheduled for another available performance in the same season.
Season subscribers may exchange their season subscription tickets at any time for another performance in the same season with no exchange fee.
